Our Korean Cowgirl Restaurant is atmospheric and inviting, where your plates will be filled with Korean style dishes. From sticky spare rib stacks to honey butter fried chicken wings, not forgetting our incredible USDA smoked beef brisket with a Texas rub.
What does the role look like?
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet guest demand.
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist restaurant manager/s in the daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and organisation.
- Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service standards.
- Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team communication and collaboration to ensure smooth service.
